Graduation Procedures

Preparing to Graduate

Begin this process at least one semester before you wish to graduate, or at the time you reach the 92 credit hour level.

  1. Make an appointment to see your OILS Advisor and bring along a transcript. The advisor will fill out the form with the courses you are lacking to complete your Program of Studies. The advisor will tell you when you will be graduating.
  2. Pass the balance of your classes and verify that you have no "Incompletes" outstanding or Non-Reported Grades.
  3. Get your cap & gown at the Bookstore.
